Will is an of-counsel attorney with Northwest Law and also serves as commercial underwriting counsel with Northwest Title. With a background in land use and entitlements and transactional matters combined with extensive leasing, due diligence and financial experience, Will takes a wholistic approach regarding real property transactions. With an extensive background in development, Will is well suited to work closely with any and all developers, brokers, attorneys, lenders, landlords, tenants, and investors in real estate.
