His passion for sports law stems from his father’s career as an executive in horse racing and auto racing. While in law school, he was President of the Indiana University Sports and Entertainment Law Society and worked with organizations like Indiana University Athletics, Kentucky Speedway, and USA Track & Field. Today, he serves as outside counsel to the Florence Y’alls, advising on business and legal matters, including disciplinary issues, sponsorship agreements, workers’ compensation, and growth opportunities.
Tommy lives in Edgewood, Kentucky with his wife and three young daughters. When the season is right, you can usually spot them enjoying a Florence Y’alls or Cincinnati Reds game, being ever optimistic that this year is, in fact, their year.
