Tommy Simendinger, Esq.

Attorney

Tommy is an attorney at Northwest Law, focusing on a wide range of transactional matters including commercial lending, real estate leasing, development, acquisition, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and sports law. He also serves as the Tristate (KY, OH, IN) regional counsel for Northwest Title Family of Companies.

He represents lenders and borrowers on real estate-secured loans, construction loans, asset-based loans, acquisition loans, and workouts. He has also represented local, regional, and national banks, credit unions, and life insurance companies in these areas on a range of matters from loan documentation and negotiation to providing legal opinion letters as local counsel.

He is trusted by clients with their commercial real estate needs and works closely with developers, landlords, and real estate investors, providing guidance on leasing and development projects.

He advises on entity formation and serves as outside counsel for closely-held businesses including the Florence Y’alls, an independent minor league baseball team.

Tommy lives in Edgewood, Kentucky with his wife and three young daughters. When the season is right, you can usually spot them enjoying a Florence Y’alls or Cincinnati Reds game, being ever optimistic that this year is, in fact, their year.
