Melissa Bolitho-Zingo is an accomplished attorney with experience in real estate law. Currently serving as a Title Attorney at Northwest Law in Blue Ash, Ohio, she provides legal expertise by drafting and reviewing attorney opinion letters, offering guidance on real estate title matters, and preparing various legal documents to ensure proper conveyance of title. She has worked in Cincinnati for several years handling property transfer documents, title commitments, and corporate conveyance documentation, while also assisting with tax preparation and account reconciliation. Her earlier role as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal saw her managing large-scale real estate transactions and conducting title searches and UCC searches.
Melissa graduated from the Chase School of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2021. Melissa was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2022, she is also awaiting admission to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She is pursuing an Associate of Accounting Technology at the University of Cincinnati to sit for the 2025 CPA Exam.
Melissa is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
When she is not in the office Melissa is often busy with her twin girls. She and her girls enjoy building creations with Legos. In addition to spending time with her two girls, Melissa is an avid reader and has a love for tending to her roses and peonies in the garden.
