Matt Nolan
Attorney
Matt Nolan is an attorney with Northwest Law. He serves as Regional
Counsel for Northwest Title Family of companies, primarily serving Southwest
Ohio. Matt has been practicing law since 2008 in a wide range of areas
including criminal law and real estate development. Matt has spent the
majority of his career representing and working as a real estate developer,
handling everything from site selection, to purchase agreements and leasing,
to planning and zoning matters.
In addition to his law practice, Matt has always valued community services.
He has had the honor of serving as the County Auditor for Warren County
since 2014.
Matt’s current practice involves representing and consulting with all parties
in real property related matters. From residential home owners buying their
first home to multi-million dollar commercial developers, Matt has both
represented and been in their shoes. He works to insure that they have both
the best legal and business advice that can be provided.
As an attorney for Northwest Title, Matt is relied on to review and solve title
defects, assist with transactions, conduct closings and be a resource for both
the Title Company and their clients.
