Greg is Director of the Commercial Division of Northwest Title and a practicing lawyer with Northwest Law. Greg started in the legal profession focusing on title claims litigation while also serving as Director of Operations for an affiliated title agency. Most recently, Greg served as Underwriting Counsel for another title agency that specialized in high-end commercial transactions. Greg’s title experience has almost exclusively focused on commercial transactions and development projects.

Greg is also a trained systems engineer and licensed patent attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit. He works closely with numerous founders, innovators, and early-stage companies working in real estate and a variety of affiliated industries. Greg assists his clients in navigating the array of different legal challenges that new and growing companies encounter.
