Bill is a practicing attorney and legal services partner in Northwest Law, as well as serving as Central Ohio Regional Counsel for the Northwest Title Family of Companies.  He has over 20 years of legal experience and an extensive background providing counsel for real estate title insurance transactions. Bill’s practice involves representing corporations, business owners, buyers and sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders and developers, as well as negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other legal documents.

In addition, Bill provides consulting services and educational classes for realtors and attorneys, and serves the Columbus Bar Association and Columbus Realtors as the Standard Forms Committee liaison. He was named Columbus REALTORS® 2012 instructor of the year.
