Robert Altman, III, Esq.


Robert is a practicing attorney with Northwest Law, as well as Managing Regional Counsel for the Tristate Region of Northwest Title Family of Companies, primarily serving the greater Cincinnati, southeast Indiana, and northern Kentucky areas. Licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, Robert has extensive experience representing regional and multinational corporations in real estate, title and compliance matters. His practice involves representing buyers, sellers, investors, realtors, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as small business formations, ongoing general counsel and other matters that stem from the real estate practice.

In his role for Northwest Title, Robert concentrates on resolving title defects, assisting on challenging real estate transactions, conducting closings, and acting as a resource for our clients.

Outside of the Office

As a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Mentoring Committee, Robert created and headed up a Financial Readiness Program for high school students as part of the Committee’s focus on engaging and mentoring Cincinnati’s youth. He also coaches youth athletics in his local community.
