Jessica Shotwell is a practicing attorney with Northwest Law, as well as Assistant Regional Counsel for Northwest Title Family of Companies, primarily serving the Northern Kentucky area. Jessica’s practice involves residential and commercial real estate transactions, business representation, estate planning, and probate administration. Jessica also focuses on resolving title defects, conducting closings, and advising on general real estate matters. Jessica is licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio, and has previous experience in estate planning and general corporate law.
