Emily is a practicing lawyer with Northwest Law, as well as Regional Counsel for Northwest Title Family of Companies, primarily serving the greater Columbus area. Emily has more than 7 years of experience in real estate and related law, and has regularly provided counsel on both residential and commercial property transactions.  As a real estate lawyer, Emily has routinely provided counsel, advice, and support to real estate agents in various ways, has advised title agency staff on risk underwriting and the preparation of title insurance commitments, and has conducted hundreds of closings.  Emily’s prior legal experience includes working as a Policy Analyst for the Ohio House of Representatives for almost 8 years.
